In this session, Dr. Alcorn provides an overview of upcoming changes to the virco®TYPE HIV-1 reports that are being implemented on January 23, 2008. Key features of the new reports include: Updated Clinical Cut-Offs, a new approach for handling viral mixtures, new mutation lists, and resistance information for Intelence™(etravirine) which recently gained market clearance in the US.
